ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT & PERFORMANCE TRAINING
SCHOOL AGE & COMPETITIVE ATHLETES: A performance evaluation, training age and skill level will determine program tier placement. All programs are aligned with athlete/sport needs at developmentally appropriate levels and include: Linear & multi-directional performance, speed, power, technique, agility, balance, strength & conditioning. Athletes can conveniently schedule their training around in-season & off-season needs with the goal to maintain a year-round program that supports and enhances their performance.
DIESEL Weightlifting Club is an official COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING SITE for USA Weightlifting. We specialize in developing athletes for the sport of weightlifting. This membership includes personal coaching and annual programming incorporating peaks, tapers and individual competition preparation. Also includes full access to open gym hours. Athletes of all ages & any level are welcome! DIESEL Weightlifting competes locally, nationally & internationally. Development is athlete dependent.

OPEN GYM $60
INCLUDES: Specialized programming and one goal setting session with a coach upon registration. We will work closely together while you learn how to follow our programming. A coach will always be in house if you have any questions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All registrations include initial $50 Registration Fee upon sign up.
REFUND POLICY: We offer a pay-as-you-go service so we don't provide refunds. You can cancel the service at any time by UNsubscribing and you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred and charges that cover services already rendered.
