DIESEL Young Athletes Program is designed for teens who are interested in becoming better athletes.

Our techniques are sound and backed by science.

Increased skills and improved development are a direct result of time on task and intensity produced by the athlete.

In other words....you get out of it what you put in to it!

It is important to note that the coaches will work at the level of the athlete. Programming is designed around  current abilities, skill levels and potential to advance.

DIESEL Coaches are educated, experienced, practical & innovative. 

All of our youth athletes undergo a professional evaluation:

** Our exercise physiologist will conduct performance testing.  Initially, as well as throughout the duration of the program, athletes will undergo systematic evaluations. This promotes athlete self-awareness  and provides parents & coaches with baselines and measurements of progression. 

The goal is to introduce sport specific and fitness specific essentials:

  • stability
  • variation
  • agility
  • speed
  • endurance
  • power

Athletes will discover improved sport specific skills:

  • faster foot work
  • heightened proprioception
  • sport readiness
  • faster reflexes developing out of essential movements
  • superior conditioning
